The Amherstburg Admirals dropped a 4-3 shootout decision against the Walpole Island Wild on Thursday night in Walpole Island.
Drew Booker, Wyatt Goudie and Allan Djordjevic scored in regulation, but the Admirals could not beat Wild netminder Mitch Rawlings on their four attempts in the shootout. Dallas Kelly picked up two assists, while the 16-year-old Goudie tallied his first career junior goal.
The Admirals are back in action on Saturday night when they play host to the Dresden Kings. Game-time from the Libro Centre is set for 7:30 PM.
