The Amherstburg Admirals dropped the first two games of their Stobbs Semifinal series against the Lakeshore Canadiens in decisive fashion.
A Game 1 Lakeshore victory by a score of 6-1, was followed by a 5-0 blanking in Game 2 on Saturday night in Amherstburg. Through the two games the Admirals have had no answer for the Canadiens four star forwards, Trevor Larue, Marco Sladoje, Eric Bisson and Nicholas Rosati. The quartet has scored 9 of Lakeshore’s 11 goals, and have combined for 22 points.
Game 3 in the best-of-seven series is set for for Tuesday, March 11 with Game 4 back in Amherstburg on Thursday.
