Jackson’s Blair’s third period goal and Drew Booker’s empty-net tallyw ere the only goals in the Amherstburg Admirals 2-0 victory over the Wheatley Sharks on Wednesday night in Wheatley.
Landon Dimitroff made 39 saves, including two breakaway stops in the second period, to pick up his first career shutout. He was named First Star for his second consecutive start in goal.
The win moved the Admirals into fifth-place in the log-jammed Stobbs division standings. They will now prepare for a home-and-home set against the Blenheim Blades, starting with the final home game of 2025 on Saturday night in Amherstburg.
