The Amherstburg Admirals are pleased to announce the hiring of Zach Guilbeault, who will join head coach Beau Hunter behind the bench as an assistant coach.
Guilbeault, 26, enjoyed a successful junior hockey career that saw him spend four seasons with the Leamington Flyers, where he was team captain for two of those years.
“As a player Zach was a hard-worker and a true leader, and I’m very confident that his leadership abilities will transition successfully to the coaching side as well,” General Manager Andrew Sykes said. “Zach is an intelligent and well-spoken individual who will have no issue communicating, instructing, and passing along his knowledge of the game to our players.”
The Amherstburg Admirals organization welcomes Zach as the club’s new assistant coach.
