The Amherstburg Admirals are pleased to announce the signing of forward Dallas Kelly.
Kelly joins the Admirals having played previously in both the Amherstburg Stars and Sun County Panthers minor hockey programs. He spent this past season with Sun County’s U16 AAA team.
The 16-year-old has plenty of ties to Amherstburg having previously been a resident, until moving to the Lakehore area several years ago. “Deciding on the 16-year-old spot is always very tough since there can only be one, and this decision was no different,” said General Manager Andrew Sykes. “There were several quality players in the mix, but Dallas separated hismelf with his ability, his hockey IQ, and his mature approach to the game. We are excited to have Dallas with us this season, and as someone with aspirations to play at higher levels, we hope to help him towards that goal.”
A right-shot foward who can play either centre or wing, Kelly will wear #16 for the upcoming season.
